Secret to being a good host: In my opinion, the secret to being a good host is being present, genuine, welcoming and aware of the diversity in whatever event is being held. Meaning diversity in skill level, age, and gender making everyone feel like they are apart of a community equally. Oh…and a good host has to bring that HYPE!
